What does the quantity of light entering the camera affect:

Possible Shutter speeds?
The more light coming throught the camera, the lower the shutter speed needs to be. The less lights, the longer the shutter needs to be open.

Possible depth of field?
The higher the quantity of light, the longer the depth of field.

Contrast?
The higher the quantity of light, the better the contrast.
